While many other Bachelor couple parted ways soon after the end of the reality show, Cassie and her boyfriend Colton opened up that they are still dating even after the end of the Bachelor-world. However, Cassie and Colton aren’t planning on getting engaged anytime soon.

In an interview with Us Weekly on May 13, 2019, Cassie, age 24, said that they really don’t have a timeline and are just enjoying their relationship now. Colton then added that they are not going to rush into something that’s going to last forever. He said,

“I mean, there’s no point in that. We want to build such a strong foundation for ourselves to use to sort of launch us for the rest of our lives and that’s what we’re doing.”

Although the couple doesn’t have any plans to get engaged shortly, Colton already knows what kind of ring to buy for his lady love. Talking about the ring, Cassie said,

“It’s very simple, I like simple. Simple gold band and then a solitaire oval. … I want a big rock.”

Unlike various Bachelor couples, the couple hasn’t moved in together yet. As of now, Cassie and Colton have moved to Los Angeles. They previously lived in West Hollywood north of Hollywood, respectively. Colton said that they are trying to everything normal as possible. He explained,

“I don’t think you realize how many important steps you miss in the Bachelor process, which is nothing against them. We want to make sure we do this the right way. Statistically speaking, for Bachelors, it’s not very good odds, so I think us going against what other Bachelor and Bachelorette couples have done is probably going to work out in our favor.”
