Making Children Eat Veggies

Yasmani has a very nice and simple tactic when it comes to making his children eat vegetables.

Grandal went on a plant-based diet in 2017 for somewhile, and he learned one thing, not to make a big deal out of vegetables in front of kids.

“As soon as you mention vegetables to a little kid, they say, ‘No,’”

Grandal revealed his tactics.

“So we just started making food, and we never really mentioned that it was all vegetables. We didn’t make a big deal.”
